This brief video tells the story of the Minnesota Early Learning Foundaiton (MELF).
From 2006 to 2011 the Minnesota Early Learning Foundation (MELF) rasied and spent $20 million in private funding to learn more about how to improve Minnesota's early education system. Of its total investment, MELF spent $4 million, a full 20%, on research and evaluation.
PASR is continuing that tradition with continued investment in research related to the Parent Aware Ratings and is making the full catalog of MELF research available here. Please use the links below to access the entirety of the MELF-funded body of research.
This brief video is intended for audiences interested in learning why early learning reforms are needed, but not about policy reform specifics.
